Inova at Fairfax for new grads?

I have been looking on their career website but have seen nothing for new grads. When will they be hiring for new grads? Am I looking at the right site? How is their program? Any interview advice?

I would call hr and say that you're a new grad looking for a position. You'd be applying for an RN1 position and they do have some posted on their job openings. If you're looking for their "new grad program" I believe those start in the winter and summer. I don't think it should be very hard to find a position there.

Just curious if you found out anything. I am also curious how Nursing students prepare to apply and when they apply. I have seen that they do a summer internship program but not everyone wants to do that, and that might not guarantee a job there.

They do hire new grads, but I've heard Inova has a hiring freeze at present.

Ya they do have a hiring freeze, but I was told (by clinical instructor at a INOVA hospital) that not all departments are "frozen" and once the new budget calendar year came around, the "freeze" would most likely be off.

I'm a nursing student right now and was looking at the summer extern program at Inova, has anyone ever done it before? Would you recommend it?
