Does anyone have a suggestion on an inexpensive on line nursing school for RN to BSN degree? Does anyone have information on Western Governors University? Others?

I'd check with your state universities first -- if you can get in-state tuition at one of your state universities (and many seem to have RN-BSN online these days), that'll probably be the least expensive option. What state do you live in?

Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences has a completely online RN to BSN program:

Tuition is $275/hr and they are NLN accreditated.

As Lunah said, you best bet is to check within your state. Excelsior is $300 a credit.

I also looked into Western Governors, but I didn't like not knowing how long it would take me to finish, especially when you are paying by the compentency that could take you a million years to complete. It was also too new, just starting it seemed like they have a lot of kinks to work out.
