Important Things to do to pass NCLEX

Published

Look over safety and infection control, prioritization and delegation questions. Most of my test came from those topics.

Please take the time to do some reading on this site. That would help you considerably.

Suzanne4,

Took my exam on the 10th of Feb. Waiting game is tough (two holidays + Furlough day). On Thursday Feb. 19th they said my results are in (weren't in on the 17th and are now in on the 19th)...what does this mean (as far as the next steps)?

Means you just have to wait until they post your results either on website or by mail. They can not tell you your results over the phone

Hi Silverdragon,

Thank you for the reply. Another Q: Is it true (just curious) that at the CA BRN one individual processes (just an example) i.e. last names A-C; Last names G-F; so on and so forth?

Do Suzanne4s plan......

You should consider Suzanne's plan, which you can read about in the stickies at the top of this forum. You will need the Saunders review book, 4th ed for RN or 3d ed for LPN. Good luck.

My program actually states not to read the book but to do the questions before reading it or you have no idea of what areas that you are weak in.

Each reviewer is responsible for a certain number of files, cannot tell you where the specific breakdown is and how they are doing it currently.

It really does not matter, as there is nothing that can be done to speed things up, actually it only lowers the speed when they are called.
