Yup i have my visa already. How bout yours?

Not yet. Will lodge my application probably next week. Have you been granted a multiple-entry visa? In your proposed stay in Australia in the ImmiAccount, did you choose up to 3 months stay only or you chose more than that?

Yah they grant me 3 months multiple entry. I chose more than 3 months when i applied in Immiaccount. When is your intake?

I see. Is that multiple entry valid for 12 months with max. of 3 months stay per visit? I am going for May intake.

Aww. You better process your visa asap coz i think it is not that fast processing if you are in Philippines. My multiple entry is valid for 3 months only.

Yes, I thought about that also..

Hmm.. I am confused. I don't have any knowledge about visas but they granted you a muti-entry visa, which is valid for 3 months only? That is like a single-entry visa.

Yes as we will be there for 3 months for our bridging course. I don't think they are giving 1 year tourist visa recently. I have a friend who is already in Australia, she applied for tourist visa extension when her 3 months expired, she was granted 3 months more to stay. I think il do the same in the future.

Hmm.. I see. As long as there is no "no further stay" imposed on the visa, it will be ok. But it will be a chore again to apply for another visa.

They still give a 1 yr subclass 600 multiple entry visa. I think majority of the students in my batch got them. As long as you state the purpose on your application form, they will consider it. After 3 months, just exit the country and re-enter. Then stay for another 3 months. Most of us did that :)

Aw that is nice, when did you apply for the visa? They grant me 3 months only even if I asked for max 1 year.

Well I got mines in August last year. Completed BP last December. I have a friend though who is for BP next month, also granted a 1year visa.
