Anyone currently applying for ANMAC modified skills assessment?

For ANMAC modified skills assessment, on their online application form, you can only choose one ANZSCO code. What if i have two anzsco code, how do i include these both on my application?? Any advice please? Thank you very much...

you can't. You should choose the code which mostly reflects your area of recent work experience. It's written there too.í ½í¸Š

Thank you dy3p.. So I'll have to select the anzsco code that is related to my recent work experience? If this is so, Then how can i claim points for my other work experience that is related to the other anzsco code? Im hoping to gain points on both areas where i had work experience. Does it really matter?

You will have points on your total work experience not solely based on your area of practice. In the points system of skilled migration, it only asks for the total number of years and not the area you worked. The anzsco code is used by ANMAC to assess and verify thru your professional reference the exact nature of your work.

I got an advice from a migration agent to use the anzsco code NEC for my anmac online application ( my work experience was 4years in critical care and also 4 years in operating theatre). Do you think it is wise to follow his suggestion?

Did you ask why NEC? This occupation group covers Registered Nurses not elsewhere classified. Go for critical care, make sure your professional reference quotes that in the letter.

I think the points awarded on skilled employment (work experience) during EOI or PR 189 application will depend on the anmac LOD. Is that right??

May i also ask how many points do we get for education qualification? On my case, i got two Bachelor's degree in the Phils. and a bridging program in Australia.

There you go. I'm not sure with using NEC but hey, he's a migration agent. And yes, it will be all written in the LOD.

Bachelor degree is 15 points. and 5 for the BP.

Follow up question... Will DIBP approve my PR 189 application under ANZSCO code NEC? I mean do they need NEC RNs in Australia? Coz technically, critical care RNs will be more likely get approved than NEC RNs dont you think so?

Hi everyone. Its been 6 weeks now since the migration agent applied for my visitor visa (business stream) and been a week now since the panel clinic forwarded my medical assessment results to the embassy. Is this really normal? I have not sent further enquiries since then as I don't want to annoy the officer in charge which I believe may negatively affect the result of my visa application

That's a bit odd since most people here got theirs within a week or two. If you did use a migration agent, you can follow up with them instead. I got mines within 6 days and did not use an agent.
