Is it okay if a applied for a medical examination first before lodging a Visitor Subclass 600 (Business Stream) visa? my intake is April 2017

I'm already done with my medical at St lukes BGC and my Emedical Case was submitted to the DIBP Last January 10,2017

timeline:

January 5, 2017 - Medical done at St lukes extension clinic, BGC

January 10,2017 - St lukes sent my emedical case to DIBP.

Feb 16, 2017 - I applied as walk in applicant in VFS global makati

Feb 17, 2017 - SMS acknowledging that the AUS embassy received my application and is ongoing process.

Feb 18, 2017 - Immigration emailed me that I need to undergo medical. They even gave me a new hap ID . I responded to them saying that i was already done with the medical and that I included my previous HAP id in the visa application form. I also sent them the information sheet from emedical.

is this okay?

DIBP lists the following process for clients wanting to undergo the medical exam prior to visa application:

You lodge your My Health Declarations form online

We determine whether health examinations are required

You are directed to eMedical Client to consent to eMedical processing and complete your medical history if required

You download an eMedical Referral letter

You make an appointment with an approved panel clinic or migration medical services provider and provide your HAP ID

You attend your appointment and take your eMedical Referral letter with you

The clinic locates your case in eMedical using the HAP ID

Clinic staff record your health examination results in eMedical

Panel physician and/or radiologist grades and submits your case

Your health case is cleared within in minutes by the system or referred for manual processing

You lodge a visa application and provide your HAP ID in your visa application

We confirm that you have completed the correct health examinations and continue processing your visa application.

This should be ok. They probably don't have the results yet. If you note down the HAP id from the application form, then it should be good. This is what I did, medical first then applied for visa.

You dont need to if you already replied to the email they sent concerning the medical. Just wait for further instructions.

Im done and registered with Ahpra. Im back in UaE just finishing my contract. Starting date of new job in Aus July 8.

Thanks sir. I have a question though. Does the embassy really dont reply to emails? Also I'm confused where to send my email to them because they have atleast 2 emails where the other one has temporary in it

I'm not sure if embassies do reply to emails. I know that they have certain toll free numbers one can call in case of emergency but that's pretty much it. All their visa inquiry goes thru VFS. Again, I am not sure about this but here in the UAE, that is how it is. Anyway, If I were you, I'd be patient and wait for their reply. Spamming with questions doesn't hasten up the process.

Hi i would like to ask if anyone here knows where to send an enquiry email to the australian embassy here in the phils?? I already lodged my visa application and its been a month already but still i didnt receive any feedback from them regarding the status of my visa. I jave tried to send email a thousan times but they are not replying either. My commencement will start late this march so im getting frustrated what has been happening to my visa app. Thank you i hope someone can lend a hand to me regarding my problem.

I suggest you call as soon as practicable. It seems as though your enquiry/concern is urgent.

Hi i also did tried to call them but i ended up wasting may 300php load for the never ending operator welcoming intro..hihih..thank you i guess ill try again by friday hopefully someone from their side can answer my query.

Hi i didnt wait for the co's instruction regardinf the medical. What i did was i just click on the organize health clearance (something like that), then i just answered all of the questions. After a few seconds you will have your hap id which youll be needing for the medical. Once you had that they will be the one to upload it in your immiacct.
