You need to contact the college of nurses(links to the colleges are in a sticky at the top of this forum)in the province in which you wish to work. They will tell you how to proceed. You will have to have your education and experience evaluated and they will determine if you are eligible to write the CRNE. Each case is assessed individually but generally all the provinces requires a BSN for eligibility to write the CRNE.

As mentioned in previous post you need to see what requirements are for the college of RN's for the province you plan on living in, be aware a pass in English academic exam will be required. Also the CRNE is only sat in Canada so you can't get it before you get here unless you come over for a visit before you actually move
Suggest a good read because much has been written both on the CRNE and IEN applications especially in the International forum where I have moved this.
