So I'm terrified to be a nurse. And I'm about to graduate. Is there anything I can do? Should do?

I'm not sure what you are 'terrified' about- anywhere that you work will be giving you an orientation, and no one will be expecting you to know everything on your first day. You will have co-workers who will help you figure things out, and it's expected that for a new nurse you will have scenarios that you will be unsure about what to do for about the first year. As for what you can do- make a list of questions to take with you on interviews- such as what is the turnover like , how long will you be on orientation, and as always ask around about good places to work.

As a new grad, I can relate to you-- the fear is real. However, there is always going to be fear when trying something new. I'm sure the first few days of your nursing program was pretty terrifying, too. Think of how far you have come as a nurse, and try to work on your weaknesses. As stated by coffeetalker, there will always be an orientation process once you start working. Best of luck to you.
