I'm officially a PreNursing Student!!!

I can't believe it--got the confirmation today--I start my prereqs in September!!!! I have been wanting this for so long, I can't believe it's really going to happen! I had some really bad semesters a long time ago (like 15 years ago) and I wasn't sure they were going to let me back in to school without a fight but I got my acceptance letter today! I have orientation on the 16th and can register for classes then...I just hope I can get my first choices.

Now I'm just rambling. I've been reading here for quite awhile...I'm glad I can finally officially join in!

Hi Lanie!

Congratulations...I know how you feel, I too recently got accepted to Nursing School and is also something I have been working on for a long time myself. I have a previous Bachelor's Degree in Business and also had a bad GPA (at least that is what sounds like happended to you as well).

What an awesome feeling to finally know and actually get to fulfill a goal!!! :nurse: I had applied to 3 schools and only got into one. This one- Brockton Hospital School of Nursing- that I got into, I actually hand delivered the app at like 10 pm just so I can be the first to apply. I guess it was worth it :cheers:
