I'm a nervous wreck

I take my nursing final on Monday the 12th and I am a nervous wreck. I keep thinking, "what if I fail?" I have worked so very very hard this semester and would be absolutely crushed if I mess up the final. I can't seem to do anything to calm my nerves. Does anyone have any advice as to how I can just relax and do my best?!!!

I still have not heard the results yet, but I did not get a good feeling taking the final. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Tonya
