Should I wear tie?? What about resume? Do i need to put the specific area I want to be? What about interivew? I'm kinda scared now, I dont know what to expect pls. help!

Yes, wear a tie (but might not be absolutely necessary). Yes, take a folder of some kind with a few copies of your resumes. Be prepared to interview on the spot -- though a full interview might not happen. But you can count on being asked some basic questions about yourself, background, type of job you are looking for, areas of interest, etc.
Smile, show an interest in the hospital and in learning about any opportunities they might have available. Show that you can be flexible with work hours, specific patient population, etc. -- but don't be afraid to say it if you have a special interest in a specific population.
An open house is like a social "mixer" or "meet and greet." People check each other to see if any look interesting enough to investigate further. Sometimes, they set up interviews on the spot: sometimes they don't.
