Hello everyone, from the title as you know im a failed student and i would like some advice.

Im very lost! I was in my last semester and i did not pass my final! This was my second time through the program and I was very devestated. Im starting to get my life back together and started calling some schools. I have only found one school in the souther california area that will take back my credits for my schooling. Problem is that I will have to transfer next year in the fall. I really want to start in the spring so i can get back into the swing and still remember all my information. Are there any other schools that will transfer my units? I live in the southern californian region (ontario, chino, pomona) and i dont mind driving too far (LA i believe is too far but i will still consider it) Im thinking about becoming an LVN so i can work and pay some bills and get experience that way. Are there any LVN study classes for the LVN boards? I still have my nursing books, what chapters and medications should i study for because i hear that there are alot of medications in the LVN board tests. I have a lot of questions for people who have gone through this. I REALLY want to be an RN! And i want to continue my career! One last question, will private schools also take my credits? I almost want to apply and pay the money so i can get down!

thanks in advance to everyone and their advice!!

I have no advice as to what schools to look into, since I'm from Jersey. All I can say is that you should hang in there! If you really want to become an RN, fight for it and go after it. I put aside nursing because I wasn't sure I would be able to do it, and I spent four years earning a degree that I didn't enjoy at all.

:nurse:i am so sorry about what happened to you. however, i am so proud that you are not giving up. you were meant to be a nurse!! hang in there and don't give up. you will make an even more appreciative nurse than someone who does not struggle. (least that is my thoughts on it). go go go. you have alot of strength to continue.

bless you:bow::nurse:

I would take a look at what went wrong and figure out how to become a better student before you worry about finding a school that will let you in. If somewhere lets you in and you don’t do anything to improve, you will probably end up with the same results.
