I just took at test, and got a 76. That's ONE POINT above passing. That's the worst grade I've ever gotten in nursing. Blah. I'm irritated.

There was a class during my last semester....I was never so happy to see a 79% in my life...this coming from someone who had only one A- on his entire transcript before nursing school! It happens, learn what you can do to not let it happen again.
I wish you only the best!

To quote my instructor, "Don't get bitter, just get better!"
Use this as a chance to grow and move on...there will be tons more tests :)

You are not alone! I'd be happy to have your 76!
I am taking a summer A&P class with a teacher whom I am sure wants to "thin out" the class. I took a quiz and got a 60 on it-I'm a 4.0 student!!! What's worse is that most of my answers were correct, but the teacher marked entire answers wrong for "not being specific enough." For example, a question would be, "What type of tissue is displayed on the slide?" I wrote, Epithelial instead of her desired response of Epithelial Tissue and got the answer wrong!!!
Hang in there! We'll make it-even if it kills us.

I'm so glad to have read your advice about not sweating for the 4.0. I'm going into the RN program with a 3.9 and I'm real anal about my grades. But I think my sanity will be more important once I start the program!
But yeah, I think I'd be a little irked if I got a 76 after having a long line of A's. So, I understand...
