My mother passed away this morning, quite peacefully after the priest gave her the sacrament of annointng of the sick..

IF you still have them call your parents and give them a hug and an I love you if you can.

I am so sorry for you loss. Let me just say that I know what you are going through. I lost my mother when I was 16 and I thought I would die. I thought my life was over but with each day the pain gets a little better. Now almost 15 years later the pain is gone but there are still days that I shed tears. There are still days when I wonder why I was only given 16 short years with her. What helps most is believing and knowing that she is and will always be here with me in spirit.
