ILA OPI Information

Hi,

I'm planning to take the ILA OPI next friday. Anyone who knows anything about ILA OPI? What questions are being asked? How long will it take to finish the exam? and How would i prepare for this exam??? I need to take this exam to get a license here in Maryland.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Congratulations to both of you for passing ila opi. I am also planning to register the opi. I read the discussion you did, and now i feel like to go for it(opi exam). I would like to know how to prepare for it, so i can make it on first time! I will really appreciate it if you can send me a private message.

Congratulation for passing ila and opi exam .. i am also in the process of endorsing my License from California to maryland and it looks like the easiest way to do it is to take the ila, opi test instead of the IELTS, TOEFL but im just wondering how did u guys prepared for the test?

Just got my result today for my OPI exam. I passed the exam. Btw, i'll be sending you a message today about your upcoming exam (you know what i mean)..lol

Hello everybody!

We are also a Filipino currently living here in Baltimore, MD. I'm new to this site and I find this site useful and made me quite at home coz all/most of you are also Filipinos.

My wife is planning to take an ILA-OPI this coming September 2011 for the NCLEX. Is there any ILA-OPI phone #s to call for further inquiries/questions? I already downloaded the ILA-OPI registration form and we even went to the address they gave (in Catonsville, MD) for the money order and it so happen that the office is only an "PO Box" type. Means they only receive letters. I'm asking for the phone #s because I couldn't find any site for us to know what are the requirements before taking the ILA-OPI. On the first page of the ILA-OPI Reg Form says "Pls read the requirements for registration before completing this registration form.... Please see FAQ's for important information." I really couldn't find a site for the requirements & FAQ's. My other question is: Where did you apply the ILA-OPI? Is it thru on line like we are doing? Can somebody please give an info about the process, etc., etc.

nope..u cant register ILA OPI through online..all u have to do is send them the application form including the payment by check or money order..then immediately they will send u an email..asking you to confirm for the date and time of the interview..the interview site will be in charlestown retirement community..good luck to your wife! ILA OPI is very easy you dont need to get nervous just be yourself and answer the best as you can..

I took last Friday on Oct 21, 2011 and passed it. The place was the hard to go there, so it's better to drive there. I think.

The test isn't that hard but I was worried that I might not pass it. If you are confident about what you speak, it won't be that hard. I got info from here. Thanks allnurses.com
