I believe so, yes -- you have to re-register, and it should be the same amount.

You also have to pay the same rate over again if you have to register again due to missing the test (yes, people forget the date) or if you didn't cancel an appointment in time. Same thing goes for those who have to retake the CPNE. It's literally throwing away a couple of grand plus the cost of the trip to go to the CPNE and not pass the first time. So study diligently!
