im sorry to be so blunt but you have to go home.....you will need an employer for an immigrant petition to be filed in your behalf....there is a retrogression going on meaning by the time you file your I-485, it would only be rejected by USCIS and you can not apply for advance parole and employment authorization.....also I highly caution you against extending your I-94 as this would jeopardize your ability to adjust status in the future.....please do not even try to send an application to extend your tourist visa....
Lets see if I have it figured out, since two and two have not been adding to four here.
You are under 21, and your mother is being petitioned via a tourist visa for the green card and jumping in front of all others that have been doing the correct and legal thing here. You are being petitioned as your mother's dependent. Your mother is not petitioning you, nor can you have a petitioner directly petition you since you have not take the NCLEX exam as of yet.
With all of the issues going on with the retrogression since the last year where no one has gotten a visa to work in the US, you are taking a visa from someone that has been patiently waiting and not sure why you think that you deserve it.
You do not even know the steps involved that are required of you. And it is actually dual intent to come to the US for the purpose of staying. And I surmise that your mother came here on a tourist visa as well. Am I correct? So perhaps when the next person is even applying for a tourist visa to come to the US and gets denied, should we send them to speak to you?
Sorry to be so blunt, but I do not know how else to say these things. There are people here that have gotten interviews scheduled and then cancelled because of the I-485 visa issues. For those that have been here working for the past few years with another visa, then I do not have any problems with it, but when someone comes over here now and takes cuts in line in front of everyone else, then that is not a good thing. And since you have to be here for three months to have a decent chance of even getting the petition approved and not denied, and then another two months before there is even a chance of getting the EAD, wonder how a family is surviving without an income for five months. Chances are working illegally, and that gets to the top of the list for deportation of minimum of ten years. Dual intent is something that you are going to need to prove that you are not doing, and the burden is going to be on you.
And even funnier yet, you do not even know what you need to do to work in the US. You do not even need to take the English exams if you do get lucky and get a visa thru your mother's employer. But be aware, that you can still get the green card cancelled if it can be proven that you came here with the intention of staying.
Immigration officials do read this bulletin board, and frequently, and are very aware of what is going on with people that post here. And the internet is not as anonymous as you think.
And passing of the English exams have nothing to do with knowing the essence of the exam as you call it. There is no such thing.
And Jon is very correct with what he has posted. Since you have mentioned about extending your tourist visa, it is apparent that you have no idea as to how anything functions in immigration here.
Has your mother actually had the I-140 submitted as of yet? If not, then you are going to find it almost impossible to be done as what you are hoping for. She has to have a PD before August 1, to be able to submit the I-485. USCIS came out with their ruling last week. So if not here for three months before this Tuesday, the chances of getting denied are very high on the list. Immigration got forced to accept petitions, but that does not mean that they have to approve them. They are going to be very strict on the residency requirement and that includes for you as well. You also have to meet the residency requirement, and if you have until November on your I-94, you have not been here for the required time so it does not look like dual intent.
Please do the right thing here and do not consider yourself better than everyone else. Not the way that we do things or want things done here.

Sorry but you have incorrect information. With the family petitioning it is not with the I-485, that is for an Adjustment of Status via an employer petitioning. And there is not one thing that you can do for the I-485 if you have not even applied for licensure to a state. It is going to take you at the minimum of three months to be able to sit for the NCLEX exam, it is not something where you get approval overnight to do that. The I-485 being employer based requires that you have written documentation from a bON that you have passed the exam before the petition can be submitted. And there is still a retrogression in place, and not sure how you think that you are entitled to jump ahead of everyone else that has been waiting when you have not even started. IS Immigration does not just extend a tourist visa without a very good reasona and you do not have one. And if it gets denied, you will be forced to leave the US, it cannot be appealed.
Suggest that you find out the true facts of what you are doing. You came to the US with a dual intent of staying and that is not the way to do things. Immigration actually frowns on it. And you also forget about the I-140 that needs to be filed before the I-485. That takes an employer as well as the passing of the NCLEX to be done. Otherwise, in case you have not heard there is a retrogression that is in place and has been in place since October 31 of last year. And it is still continuing.
There are people that have been waiting since last year for an interview, but you do not think that you have to do things the proper way and can just jump ahead of everyone else when you have not started a thing. This is not how we do things here.
Best of luck to you, you are going to need it.
