I have until November 2007 for my I-94 but I will be extending my tourist visa. And its an employment base petition not the family base. I have also been filing for the I-485 via my mothers petition and we are waiting for it to be processed. If I go out of the US, I will be abandoning my case. Thank you for that information, though. I have opened the scottenglish but its an online review. I prefer class review so that I could really feel the essence of the exam. I'll be searching more. God speed.

Yes I am planning to go home. But unfortunately I cannot, because my mom has filed for a petition for me and we are still waiting for the I-485 to be filed for me to apply for a parole visa. That's why, I have no choice but to take the needed exams here in the US. I am applying for NCLEX, and the state needs the English Proficiency Test Result. I want to take IELTS but I cannot find a review center here in New York. Shall i go with TOEFL? and do I need to pass the TSE too before I can be eligible for the NCLEX exam? Thank you

That's a good news. I'll be calling the CGFNS CES this monday for final confirmation. I really hope I can start filing my CES nextweek, I'm dying to do something for my career. I have wasted so much time already. Thank you and i'll keep you posted;)

Hi. Im here in the US. They say that those who haven't take the CGFNS they can apply for CES (credential evaluation service) by the CGFNS. I was not talking about the CGFNS exam. Im sorry for the misunderstanding. I am just clarifying if I am eligible to apply for CES even without the local board. If you didnt take the CGFNS, did you take the local board?

Can i apply for CGFNS CES without taking the local board? I applied online but they were asking for my registration or license, sad part I dont have one. I just graduated and I didnt take the local board. It was last year that license is optional. I have no idea for this year. Do you have any updates regarding this matter? Thank you

Now,please confirmed these informations I got 1.about fingerprint card and criminal background check: Do i have to ask fingerprinting and criminal backgroud request from the BON? Do I receive any letter from them before I can do such thing? Im here in New York, where do I go for fingerprinting and criminal background check, is it in New Mexico? Is it apllicable to a person who has a tourist visa? Do I have to pass my application form first before I do both things? 2. about transcript When is the rigth time to request the school registrar to send my transcript to the BON? after or before I pass my application form and fee, etc. to the BON? I'm confused Is it the New MExico who will be the one to process my transcript evaluation or I have to apply to an evaluation service by myself, i.e CGFNS CES, IERF. Thank you

ok I got your point. I can only have my license once I can present to them my SSN. Well, its fine with me that i cant get it right after i pass the exam. I had my tourist visa extended, so that is why i have until may. So you mean to say, I cannot apply for NCLEX exam to any state without an SSN? Or if i can, can I know which state and how will I or what will I indicate in my application form that i dont have an SSN? Thank you By the way, what is AOS?
