I have to write an essay 400-500 words and I am drawing a blank:imbar I dont want it to be like every other! It has to be about "what experience I have had that will impact" and "Why/what will make me a good nurse"
Did anyone else have probs writing an essay
I am really having writers block:uhoh21: I have been trying to do this now for 2 days and I just cant seem to get it going. I am having probs starting. The funny thing is I know how I am going to end it!Do you think I shoudl "highlight" how I was pre-nursing before and then decided to take time off because I wasnt mature enough....I was 18. Or should I just stick to postive stuff?
It's not negative to realize that you felt you weren't "mature" enough....I would include it, it's what makes you YOU!!!!! What did you do inbetween?
Great that you already have a conclusion. You will see your paper will slowly fall into place. Keep brainstorming and write the things down that comet to your mind, even if you think it's not important.
Hang in there!

Thank you. Your suggestions on how to write an essay, and the url link have been a very helpful review of what I once knew. I have been working on an essay, my first in six years, the almost final draft has been set aside to develop. Ideas of how to fill in what seemed to be missing have came to mind and notes made. This should be, I hope, a well thought out essay when it’s completed.
I wish you each the best in all of your Nursing careers :)

No, I don't think it is relevant. Others may differ from me.
Good luck :)
