hi
I a student nurse third level and i have problem when i write diagnosis for any case so plz help me to obtain the NANDA diagnosis list for 2005 .
any one have this list plzz give it to me
i prefer if that list PDF format or DOC

You should be able to find a copy of the nanda approved dx in any nursing textbook or care plan book.
Sorry but i dont have any care plan book , in palestine that is so hard to buy or find nursing book i study in university from old editions books , no libary in here have new books for nurses .

You can also do a web search for nursing diagnoses. There are lots of sights with NANDA approved nsg diagosis on them. I will try to find some for you. A friend sent me a bunch last semester.

From the 1996 list...Impaired Gas Exchange is no longer accepted and I don't think you can use Knowledge Deficit in the problem part of the diagnosis anymore, but I am not quite sure...other than that everything is the same as the most recent NANDA text.
We still use Impaired Gas Exchange and the Knowledge deficit...
I sent a copy of my most recent to (2005) to Nursing Eyes....couldn't figure out how to get it on here for all to use! LOL!
