I took around 220 questions today. Anyone else take that many & pass NCLEX?

I don't know if this is bad or good. I took around 220 questions. I lost track & boom, it shut off. I did get a lot of SATA, delegation, & priority questions. I am terrified & my stomach is in knots!!

Passed PN at 85 questions. My RN test went on FOREVER. I don't remember the final number, I KNOW it was well over 200. Passed though!

Did you try the trick that everyone speaks of to see if it gives you a message. I know you can pass or fail at any number over 75 questions. And even if you run out of time, they grade the last 75 minus 15 fly questions. Just pray. I can't wait to be you!

Skip the PVT, it's a waste of time at this point.

If you run out of time before you have completed the exam, you are assessed on the last 60 questions. No more, no less. If you were above the passing standard the entire time, you will pass....if not, you will fail.

I passed guys. I meant to update you all last night, but I want out to dinner with my family. Also the PVT does NOT work. It had me thinking that I failed. I just waited the 48 hours for my quick results and I passed!!

Congrats, and welcome to the fold! :D

Yeah, maybe with enough people over enough time saying "the PVT is about as accurate as a Magic 8 Ball", maybe it'll go the way of the dodo....but I doubt it'll be anytime remotely soon!

I looked back over your thread and didn't see that you actually did the PVT. Did you lose $, or put in the wrong info and get the 'card declined' message?

Ya, it just added more anxiety because I was believing I didn't passed because it let me put my cc# in. Awful!! So it was extra nice to see I passed!!

Hmmm...being able to enter the card information isn't the same thing as getting a 'bad' pop up....everyone has to enter card info in order to find out if they might have passed (no charge made, no registration made after card info submitted) or if they might have failed (card charged, or attempt to charge card made).

Looks like you didn't complete the PVT...which is STILL a GOOD thing, lol, as you didn't need it at all! You PASSED! :D
