I don't think i passed 75 questions?

I took my NCLEX today. I only had like 5 SATA, about 5 math questions and it stopped at 75 questions. I didn't have any levels or anything it made me think that I did really bad. Is this normal? I'm so scared that I failed that I already trying to figure what I need to retake. It doesn't make it any easier because alot of people have failed with 75 question HELP I'm Freaking OUT:cry:

Wait for your results, doesn't matter how many SATA you get it is just a type of format for a question doesn't mean you have to get many. Everyone exam experiences are different, hang in there you may be pleasantly surprised

i know this is crazy to say and it seems impossible... but try not to stress yourself out. take a break and watch a movie or do anything to take your mind off of it. i know a ton of nurses who passed with just 75 Q's. my story is a little different but relevent i think...i took my test twice...both times i got 265 questions and the first time i failed :( but the second time i passed:)...which goes to show you can never tell. everyone feels like they failed when they walk out of that room. hang in there and i hope you made it!!!

Although the original poster has probably long since passed and moved on with her career...if anyone else finds this thread because their test stopped at 75 questions I just wanted to offer some encouragement. My test turned off at 75 ..and when the screen went dark I started to panic a little. I was sure I got several questions wrong so over the next 48 hours worked myself up into quite the frenzy convincing myself that I failed. I even came up with a plan for remediation and marked my calender with the next possible retest date.

Turns out I had passed. So while the waiting can be torture..hang in there. You might surprise yourself! ;) Worst case scenario..maybe it didn't work out this time. For the state I was registered through for the exam I would have been able to resit it a month later.
