I havent posted here in awhile but I am always reading other posts.
Well, today was the big I took my NCLEX exam. My computer shut off at 75 questions, beleive me I didnt want it too. I had lots of infection control, priority and teaching questions, 3 SATA and 1 math question. I believe I had about 7 Pharm questions. I dont know if I passed or failed.... I do know the last question was a priority/assignment question concerning a LPN, I feel I got that right. I have read that if you get pharm questions, those are the lower level questions, is that true? I have never been this nervous before in my entire life.. I felt like every time I got a priority question it would give me a teaching question or the patient understands if....... Does that mean anything!!! Someone please shed some light on me.
To fail at 75 questions, would mean you would of missed many many questions right?
you can never tell the result from the number and type of questions..i had the same question types that you had...and felt like i answered them all wrong...but i passed...have faith...

thank you for posting....my experience was identical to yours. right down to the wishing the computer would give me more questions so that i could prove myself. :smackf
LOTS of questions that I did not feel prepared for.
i will hopefully see my results tomorrow morning.

took mine today as well. 75 questions and I feel like I kept getting one question wrong after another. I got some pharm questions and had to guess on a few, which I think I actually got right! I hate the alternitive answer questions where you have to check all that apply or put the following in order. I seemed to get ALOT of those as well >
Well whats done is done and the worst that can happen is that if I don't pass then I retake it again in a few months. It would suck to not be able to work all that time though. I'm trying to stay positive and keep my mind on the statistics, which are in my favor....doesn't reassure me much though.

I took the exam yesterday and the computer shut off at 75 as well.
I had 2 SATA, 1 medication computation, alot of pharma, priority and health teachings.
Is it true that health teachings are recall/knowledged based? :
