Everyone has one or two regrets. Its always a learning experience and it always good to stay positive.
Just wanted to list some of mine and u could share if you want to.
Let's learn from each other
I sometimes regret that I wents straight to a specialty instead of starting on the floor. Now I desperately want to be someone who can work anywhere and I have to backtrack a little.
I regret that I left my old Job sometimes..at least they had more hours.
I regret leaving University during my sophmore year, 20 years ago. So I am fixing that - I'm going back to school to pursue my BSN. Life is too short to live with regrets, so I am doing something about it.
Good stuff. I am proud of you. May you have a long and fulfilling career. I also left a four year. Had to suck it up and move back home for a bit. Good luck to you. Have fun. And I triple-dog dare you to go to just one college party.

Thanks FoundMyCalling! About the dare....only if its a toga party!!! LOL.... yup, animal house generation here. :chuckle
I regret not doing research and not knowing what the hell school was for as a bright-eyed kid
stepping foot on a college university at 17. I just knew I loved school. Didn't know that it was to
get a job. I grew up and now I know what I want to do. I fell in love with my current girlfriend
and soon to be fiance. I guess everything happens for reasons. Thank God we have a decent life
span. :-D.

YES, I totally agree there. I was the first in my family to go to college, so no one even thought to say "all this school is supposed to be preparing you for a job later on." I just liked learning, and everyone was proud just because I was getting an education. I'm quite amused by it all now...:chuckle

No regrets, no wasted moments?
Most things I want to think I "regret" are simply things I can change with effort (probably).
I "regret" not being a better sister (I don't send bday, holiday cards - don't even have 2 of my brother's phone numbers) and family member. But, I don't know if I can "change" that, as I think I'm just naturally not a family person (neither are my father or his sisters). I blame genes.
I "regret" not being a cleaner/more organized person. But, I am trying to work on that, and would like to at least feel like my apartment is clean/organized by the time I start nursing school (14 weeks!).
I "regret" not being a better student, but I feel that I've already changed in recent years, and expect my fundamental perspective changes on education to be reflected in nursing school. (I could be absolutely incorrect, and it could really bite me in the *** later).
