I took my NCLEX on Tuesday and it shut off at 75. I thought for sure I'd failed and I didn't deserve to be a nurse based on the questions it asked me! I thought it was truly dificult test, and I felt super frustrated and nervous when I walked out....but I PASSED! Got my RN license in the mail yesterday. Transitioned from LPN to RN at my job today (ok...well started orientation), signed my first note at "RN"! I so wanted to draw a smiley...hehe.
Anyway, I said all that so say - dont' give up, and if you walk out feeling like it's over for you - hold your breath and just wait....I promise there is no feeling like seeing you passed and this journey can officially begin -I had the best night of sleep I've had in 4 years after I got those results!
Good luck everyone !!!!

What did you use to study from? I am using Kaplan and Saunders. I get no higher than 64% on Kaplan.
I did not use Kaplan at all. I used Saunders, and just about every NCLEX book I could get my hands on! But honestly the questions in Saunders were nothing like what I got on the NCLEX.... I am sure you'll do fine - lots of my friends have been scoring in the 60% area and have all passed so far!

In your opinion, were the questions in Saunders harder than what was on NCLEX?

I just found out i passed on wednesday. It is one of the most rewarding feelings to find out that you have passed. You are just floating and nothing can bring you down from that high. You did better than me though, you were able to sleep. I was up thinking about... what step do I take next???? But enough about me... Congratulations RN...

Congratulations!!!! I will be taking mine in the next couple of weeks and extremely nervous. I have done three review classes. One of which was Saunders. My question is the same as nurse2be, are the saunders questions harder or able the same as the NCLEX? Congrats again:yeah::yeah:
