I PASSED MY NCLEX-RN

Published

I received my results today, and I'm happy to say I passed my NCLEX-RN on the first try! It was a shocker to me because I walked out of the testing room feeling like I failed it. I tried the PVT to see if it would charge me, and it didn't (tried six times to make sure).

I prepared for the NCLEX with Kaplan and Saunders (studied for 4 weeks, 80-100 questions/day). I did all of the Kaplan questions, and I would use Saunders to review any questions I got wrong.

My NCLEX was all over the place. I got questions from just about every area. I got SATAs, but I got a lot more priority questions. I got some EKGs and one calculation. I also got a lot of questions concerning nurse management and bioterrorism.

I'm so happy to be done with this part of my life!

Congrats RN. La Charity is very good for SATAs.

Congrats on a job well done.
