I only have four more prereqs to take in order to apply to my local community college's nursing program in February. I have to take:
Im sure on taking microbiology in the fall and possibly taking psychology in the summer, but I'm unsure if I should take pharmacology or drug dosage in the summer. I was thinking of taking two classes in the summer and two classes in the fall. My initial idea was to take whatever was harder from those two in the summer since I've heard the psychology professor I want is very easy in the summer. I really have to make this decision soon so any help would really be appreciated!

As always, it will depend on the college you are taking them through so I would highly recommend getting in touch with those who have taken each of them in summer/fall and get some insight. In general though, I would expect pharmacology to be tougher than drug dosage calculations (unless you struggle greatly in math but do extremely well with memorization).
With that being said, if you are hoping to take the "harder" in the summer with psych, I would go with pharm. I do believe you are wise to split the micro and pharm up but pharmacology will probably be a ton of information to try to fit into a summer so be ready to hit the ground running in there.

I agree with splitting the microbiology and pharmacology!

Can you take the developmental psychology class online? That’s what I did and it made the course load feel a lot less (just don’t wait until the last minute! Lol). I agree with the others. I would die if I took microbiology and pharmacology the same semester! Lawd!

Wow your school has pharm as a pre req? That’s interesting all the programs out here have you take pharm in the program. I agree with everyone else. Split up pharm and micro.
