What helped you get through it? How can I manage my time wisely? Any response appreciated!

I finished my BSN just as Iphone / smart phones / and smart phone calendars were coming out (Gosh I'm not even that old!!) I have excellent time mgmt skills, I use it till this day when I'm seeing pt's and doing work in the hospital.
When i was in school, my nursing program gave us a dated curriculum with all the tests / papers/ chapter readings / lab, etc. I would make copies and literally scotch tape them to the wall where my computer was in my dorm room. I knew exactly what I had to do, and when I had to do it.
During my week, I would give myself a designated lunch and dinner time. Then, I focus on whatever project is due first.
I wouldn't do any 'fun' things until all the work was done. Lots of people make the mistake of procrastinating, don't do that!!
You will develop time mgmt skills, just focus on your work, make sure you know what all your projects are, and when they will be due, and you will be able to prioritize them in order.
Hope this helps
