Grants are need-based (Pell grant, Cal-grant, university grant, etc.) whereas scholarships mostly are based on qualifying GPA, education, personal statement, and letter(s) of recommendation from faculty members.

I suggest that you talk to your school's (currently enrolled or prospective) financial aid personnel.

My classes and books are covered completely by a Pell grant. Have you completed a FAFSA? Your school's website should be able to direct you.

thank you guys i apply for the FAFSA but they didn't give me enough money to cover up everything
