I also was accepted to lsu and interviewed at olol. I have not heard from olol though. Did they call you yesterday? I am from ms and don't know anyone who has attended, but congratulations!

hey i actually have the same issue. i got into both of those schools...i also got int TWU in ft worth. LSU i feel like is great but it is 32 as opposed to 28 and from what i have heard you have to move around a LOT. which i feel like its hard to get a routine when youre always becoming acclimated to new surroundings...OLOL i think is a Great place with a lot going for them. all 3 people in my interview at OLOL went to TWU so the programs are very similar...the only reason i am probably not going to OLOL is the Move to BR, and the fact that my clinicals for TWU are at the hospital i work at now whiich is baylor in dallas....hope that info helps..

I am from new orleans and applied to LSU as well as our lady of the lake in baton rouge, really having a tough time deciding on which school to attend. Anyone with differing opinions about the schools who may have attended and maybe had the same dillemma? Any input would be appreciated.

where did you decide? I choose OLOL as I had such a wonderful interview and the program seemed more front loaded which I liked. I was also accepted to TWU but declined as my clinical site was in Alexandria, I'd rather move to Baton Rouge.

I graduated from LSUHSC in May 2008 and worked in New Orleans for a while.... Currently a travel assignment in Philadelphia until this summer!

I am very excited about moving back to Baton Rouge (I went to undergrad there for 2 years). What about you? I am also looking forward to meeting you!

I also graduated in May '08. I am in Wichita, KS (also where I graduated from). Planning on moving to BR late July or so. When will you be back in BR? Do you have a family/kid(s)?

I plan on moving in June or July... hoping to find the perfect place to rent(my current travel assignment ends May22 so I am taking the summer off). My family lives about 70 miles from Baton Rouge. NO kids just me moving to Baton Rouge.

We are flying down to BR end of May to sign our lease ... have found a few nice places close to OLOL and great customer service (hope it lasts). I have my aunt and uncle who lives in NO, and two cousins in BR going to college. It will be my fiance, son, dog, and I who will be packing our stuff and moving there ... getting more and more excited as the time gets closer

I took statistics..... have you heard of any other classes we should take over the summer? Good luck with moving...... that is the least exciting part for me!
