Not sure how many of you new I applied for a Clinical Partner/PCT job recently. I had the interview on Monday last week and I got the job today!!!:yeah::yeah:

I am so excited and the team of nurses I work with seem so happy at there jobs. So, we will see. I am finishing up my prereqs this summer and waiting for my acceptance letter from Lutheran.

This will be a good test to see if I have what it takes to work in a hospital!! Nervous and excited all at once.

Congratulations!!!!!!:yeah::yeah::yeah:

Awesome! Good luck with your job! Where are you working? Did you get my PM about the open house?

Congratulations and best wishes!!

The unit we've been on for clinicals has some awesome techs and I know that even as a student, I SO appreciate all the hard work and teamwork they contribute to our patients' care.

Good luck!!

Congratulations!

Do you have any prior medical experience? I'm starting at BJC College of Nursing in the fall and would like to work somewhere this summer to get a little experience, as I have NONE so far!

Do you know of anyplace that will hire someone like me? SSM already told me they don't have anything, but I need to check into other places. Any suggestions would be great!

Thanks!

If you've got some time to do some training, I would check with St. John's....they usually have a lot of openings (at least online), but I wasn't able to take advantage of it before my classes started as I had to work full-time and couldn't attend the mandatory training they had during the day.

Once you have a semester or two under your belt, you can be hired on without this training so that's an option for later on.

In the meantime, I would suggest checking their website. BJC facilities, St. Luke's, Des Peres, or St. Anthony's might also be other options to check in to depending on where you live.

Best wishes!!
