Hey Prado so how do you like your job? I am a new lvn grad and currently working at an assisted living facility and i hate it. Does the facility in San Jose hire new grads with no experience? Any info or tips you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I want to quit my job it's too crazy. i have 60 residents and this job is affecting me both physically and emotionally.
