Congrats; RN school should not be a problem since you went to LPN school. One thing from personal experience (LPN to ADN to BSN) and talking to others who have gone the same route is that each higher level gets easier. Not that the material is easier but you have a larger knowledge base to work off of. Also, one tip go in open minded & do it as they teach it, not how you do it now. Even thou you are doing whatever skill the right way it might not be the way the school is teaching it and you need to do it their way. I once had an instructor in my ADN program tell me to forget everything I know about being a LPN while in class. What she meant be this was to be open to what they are teaching and don't fight it. It was good advice and made my life much easier.

thank you......i have heard from some LPNs that it is hard for them to "switch" gears at time...i guess one even argued with a prof about BP.....i couldnt even imagine doing something like that...

i will keep an open mind thats for sure:up:

congrats! That's amazing....I am almost 40 and I have continually surprised myself with my post-baccalaureate work. School as an adult is great - you can handle whatever is going to be thrown at you. What program did you get into?

thanks....i got into an ADN program.....all i will have is the nursing classes...all the others i have taken or transfered from an earlier degree....
