I got hired!

I am on cloud nine right now! After submitting over a hundred applications, and getting nothing but "I'm sorry, but we don't hire new grads" responses :banghead:, I finally got hired. It's actually my 1st choice too! I was persistent and it paid off!

I start in 2 weeks. I am going to be a wellness nurse for a large retirement community. They have a mentor program, which is something I really wanted. Best part....it's only 10 minutes from my house. I've been driving 30-45 minutes 5 sometimes 6 days a week to my current job that I hate. Now I'll be working less hours, doing what I love, and making more money to boot! I feel like all my hard work in school is starting to finally pay off!!! Can't wait to start!!! :nurse:
