I got my flu shot, and I was very brave, and I didn't cry, and the Dr. said when he makes rounds next week he will bring me a sucker. I'm very proud.

Well lucky you. I can't find one to save my life here. Unless I take a ferry to Canada, that is, for 105.00.
I don't do shots. I only like needles when they're pointed at someone else.
Well I do, when it's to help my own health. I always get my flu shots. Til this year, that is.
A little bitter are we? I hope you get one. I'm probably going to get the flu anyway. My dad told me after I told him how brave I was that everyone in our family gets the flu when they get a flu shot. I hope I didn't get stuck for nothing.
Bitter no. Not at all. I do have issues with seeing healthy 20-something athletes and congressmen getting vaccinated when high risk people like elderly, immune-compromised people and healthcare workers who are coughed on, puked on, pooped on etc. by sick people can't get immunized. Sorry you think I am bitter. I am actually glad to see SOME healthcare workers are getting them....but not all of us are able. Glad you survived getting the shot. I would consider myself lucky, were I you. Not saying this to be bitter, just fact. Night now!!!I am outa here now. Night.
