I'm probably going to get the flu anyway. My dad told me after I told him how brave I was that everyone in our family gets the flu when they get a flu shot. I do have issues with seeing healthy 20-something athletes and congressmen getting vaccinated when high risk people like elderly, immune-compromised people and healthcare workers who are coughed on, puked on, pooped on etc. by sick people can't get immunized. Sorry you think I am bitter. I am actually glad to see SOME healthcare workers are getting them....but not all of us are able. Glad you survived getting the shot.
