Well, the job search definitely was not as easy as I thought it would be but I finally got hired at my first job as a nurse!!
I will be working at a Long Term Care facility. The pay is really good and it's about 5 minutes from my house, so I am happy about that!
LTC isn't really my first choice, but I worked as a CNA for a couple of years right out of high school, so I am already familiar with that setting and I think this will be a great start to my nursing career and good experience for me.
So I am very excited to get started. :)
I will start orientation next week. Wish me luck!

how much are you getting paid? if u dont mindme asking.
I am not sure if u were referring to me. but anyway my job is paying me $25 an hour as starting pay. this is in baltimore, MD. some of my friends that were lucky to get jobs at the hospitals were started slightly lower than mine.
