I got my eligibility to test from the BON but still nothing from Pearson Vue, no ATT

Where is my ATT? The BON sent me a letter saying I was eligible to test NCLEX-RN on Saturday and today is Wednesday and still nothing from Pearson Vue! The waiting is excruciating! I want my ATT now so I can schedule the test! Pearson Vue says they have not received anything yet from the BON so that's why no ATT. What the heck is going on?!? Has anyone else experienced this?

Keep in touch until you get your ATT. Perhaps something got lost and needs to be resent. Inquire until it is fixed. Good luck.

Thanks caliotter, I can't believe it is taking this long. I graduated May 21st and expected to be testing in June. I check everyday including my spam folder and still no ATT. :( Think I need to give a call to the BON next.

Did you pay pearson vue and register with them online? Did Pearson send you an email with a temp password and did you log in and update it? Maybe try logging on to pearson and make sure your name, address, grad date, etc match what you submitted to your BON match 100%. A friend of mine was held up because they put June for a grad date b/c that was when the ceremony was but their school said May because that was when they were official, and another was delayed because they included their middle initial to the BON but not Pearson (that is what he told me happened anyway). If you received the letter from your BON, I don't understand why Pearson wouldn't have it, that really stinks. I hope it gets resolved for you quickly.

Call Pearson's Candidate Services and make sure they have your correct name, social security number and email address. 866-49-NCLEX

Hi,

You need to get your ATT from BON before you can select a time and date to write the test. You need to contact BON to see where your ATT is at not Pearson Vue. Once you get that from BON then you can book your appointment. I hope this helps.

Pearsonvue issues ATT once they have received the OK from the BON. The BON will give you eligibility to sit the exam

Opps...my mistake, I just looked at my ATT and noticed that is did come from Pearson Vue :uhoh3:

Hi sorry I should have clarified. Yes I did register and pay for my exam with Pearson Vue etc etc. I have called both the BON and Pearson Vue and once again the BON says they did send results to Pearson VUe and PV says they have not received anything from the BON. So both are investigating and will get back to me

Tomorrow, Saturday, it will be one week that I got the letter in the mail from the BON.

I have no idea what happened. As an LVN I had no trouble the first time I did this whole procedure.

People in my graduating class have taken and PASSED the NCLEX already and I'm still in a holding pattern! :(

I am miserable waiting. On Monday it will be one month since I graduated with my ADN. I was soooooo ready to take the exam then! Now I don't know :(

I am going to call the BON tomorrow to see what happened. Still nothing. Something has gone wrong somewhere
