I can certianly understand your frustration!
:madface:Just last week on my Chemistry exam the professor had things he never went over in class! He emphasised certian formulas to study and know and not 1 of them were on the test! I studied those and problems like our homework very little of that was on the exam! Instead he had lots of definitions and some other stuff I did know! I got a 67! Now I have to bust my butt to pull out a B in the class! I hate professor who do that!
As for your professor, why don't you ask them why they didn't round up to an 80? You're a good student and go to all the classes, He should have given you the 80! And it cant hurt to ask!
We just got our test results posted online from our second Micro test:angryfire I got a 79.5...She couldn't even round up to an 80??!?!?!? I still have a high B in the class, but now I am going to have to bust my butt even more on the next few tests. I really need to make an A in this class. UUUGGGGHHH!!! I studied for probably about 15 hours!!!!!Sorry for venting:o
My Biochem teacher was like that. Makes you want to pull your hair out.
hang in there!
Ok...I've cooled down a bit once I went to Starbucks and got my caramel macchiato!!!! I guess I get so frustrated b/c I've never worked harder in my life at school. I have a previous BA degree and I don't EVER remember studying this hard:uhoh3: A lot of my pressure comes from needing to get good grades so I can get into a master's program in a few years. It's so competetive....the average applicant has a 3.8!!!! Wowsers:eek:
Thanks for your support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It might be a good thing to go visit
http://www.ratemyprofessor.com and put up a rating of your prof.
It might not help you alot, but it'll help those that come after you. I know it helps alot if I am trying to decide between 2 instructors to check them out and look at their ratings. Talking to other students at school is the best, but that isn't always possible. That website is the next best thing to talking to other students.
