Hello,

I have webcam interview for Humana for the position of RN Telephonic Care Manager(at home). I would like to know if anyone is currently working for Humana as RN care manager, if so how is the job and what type of questions do they ask in the interview for this position.

. I did ask her about caseload and she said 180-200 members with the expectation of talking to each one 1-3 or more times a month. I ask about the daily productivity expectation and she really was careful about her answer, finally saying 'reaching and helping at least 9 members a day, which may mean doing longer days but if you believe in what your doing you will feel good about it". Im pretty sure this isn't the job for me.

"If you believe in what you're doing.....you will be working a lot of overtime" would be a better answer. Huge red flag there. I would pass.

Exactly! And on salary you wouldn't get the OT pay either. I did pass. On to the next possibility! :yes:

I did pass as well, I loved the idea of working from home, but the workload sounded extremely heavy!!!
