"Production Environment", perfect description! I have a phone interview with United Healthcare coming up next week, already did a video montage and a short phone interview with their recruiter. So far I feel the position would be a good fit for me and praying Its not a micromanaged team. I will find out more info on the next interview. For the past year I've been working through an agency doing projects for UHC working from home, low pay but also low stress and very flexible hours. It has been keeping me afloat while I pursue the perfect permanent job LOL

Good morning! It wasn't too bad really. The gal who interviewed me was friendly and I felt comfortable with her. Her name was Abbie. There only 1 question I got stuck on and that was "tell me about a time you tried something new and it didn't work out and how it affected you". I couldn't come up with anything! LOL But I have to say Im very skeptical about taking the position if they were to offer it to me. I did ask her about caseload and she said 180-200 members with the expectation of talking to each one 1-3 or more times a month. I ask about the daily productivity expectation and she really was careful about her answer, finally saying 'reaching and helping at least 9 members a day, which may mean doing longer days but if you believe in what your doing you will feel good about it". Im pretty sure this isn't the job for me. How about you, how did yours go and how are you feeling about it?

Hello TEAMSRN, I had an automated phone interview a couple weeks ago and have my video interview tomorrow (april 12th). Im applying for the same position you mentioned. How did your video interview go? I am nervous but I figure what ever happens happens! I have read mixed reviews about working for humana in the CM capacity but I believe its all based on who your immediate supervisor is and you just have to trust its going to be ok. If its not then you look elsewhere. Anything you can share would be appreciated. Thanks!
