HRSA 2021-2022

I haven't seen anyone start a thread about applying for this year's HRSA scholarships. I am waiting to see if I am accepted into a school in IL (fingers crossed!) and then I am going to start my application process for HRSA. The program I am applying to is a 16 months ABSN that starts in august! what about you all?

Have you been accepted some where yet? Still in the application process? Already started the Scholarship application?

No I have not received any notifications? but I still have faith and know that I will still get through this journey. Stipend would have helped tremendously.

worse comes to worse you can apply next year and pay to

have the loan repayment plan should you have to take out loans now.

and call BHW to see about the other programs they have as well.

Hello everyone! I stumbled on this thread while looking for information for my daughter. She is a 1st time HRSA applicant. When we log into her account it says it is still under review. Should we assume at this point she is going to be denied? I see that some of you have already gotten your award letters. We have 10 days to either accept or reject a pretty substantial loan for her to continue to be in school and was really hoping to have an answer by now.

Yes I received my award yesterday..,I was told that the awards will be given out until the 30th of this month. That will give you all plenty of time to make a decision about the loan.

Same! I was so worried because I uploaded my COI documents in early August and still hadn't gotten a signature! I'm SO relieved!
