No, I think they were calling to make sure that they had the correct number so the money could go through, then she said, "Congratulations, I'm your 'analyst' and we will be good friends for the next two years".

And no, I don't know the stats of last year's thread. I've just been checking it occasionally for piece of mind. (Which really just turned into bouts of worrying...).

I am in San Diego, going to National University which is about a $40,000 BSN program. I'm about 1/2 way through it. I'm unemployed and was struggling. (Just like many of you are struggling) So, I am just over the moon!

i hear ya...i'm not very good at being patient about this...i keep trying to find answers but the only true answer is to wait...geez...i always wanted to be a nurse but really went back to school at this point because i lost my job and as well as my passion for nursing i will always be able to find a job. you have every reason to be over the moon.

since it looks like you're our first official awardee, will u keep updating us (for peace of mind...lol)

Yes, I got the email. That was the only correspondence I received, less the phone call this morning. And- yes I could still log into my account whenever I wanted to (I know some people were mentioning that they could or couldn't, but I am not sure that makes any difference).

hmmm, i really thought that if they sent out the letters on wednesday then some people would have received them by today. well, hopefully tomorrow!

Misslolalady, when you log into your account, is all your info still there in the application pages, etc., or is it basically all erased?

Sincere congratulations to misslolalady and all those who received the scholarship. I am very happy for you! :)

I did not receive an email or letter in the mail yet. I am wondering if there is any chance to be selected for the scholarship by postal mail notification at this point without ever having received an email. Does anyone know for sure?

When I log in, my application is different. I can click on the individual boxes (couldn't before) and there is some info missing, only basic info was showing, i.e. my name, address. The supplemental documents part if I remember correctly, said none required, (I think). So, my page definitely changed.

I logged into today and my application now only lists basic info and my status has incomplete next to everything where it used to have complete. I received the finalist email a while back.

Wonder what this means?
