09-10 hrsa nursing scholarship

So I had a couple questions for the students that got this scholarship

-Is the monthly stipend for every month (including summer) or just the months during the spring and fall semister?

-Do you only apply once for funding the entire time during nursing school to continue to recieve the scholarship?

-How is the monthly stipend awarded? Check? Direct deposit into checking account?

1. Monthly stipend is for every day school is in session (1. classes must have been held for 15 days maximum and

2. You must be enrolled and attending classes for those semesters, e.g., summer, fall and spring).

2. You can apply for the scholarship every year until you are chosen (in my case I applied for 2007, 2008 and

2009, and finally was chosen for the scholarship in 2009). If chosen for the award, you have the option to sign

the contract for up to three years.

3. HRSA will only pay the stipends (to you) and scholarship monies (to your school) via direct deposit.
