I do not know about sending your information to the wrong address but you will not receive any information about your status until you are awarded the scholarship. If you are holding your breath you will be waiting until the end of August to September. All you will know is that they received your info and it is complete. The call center will not tell you if you have been awarded. If you have questions about what will happed read the previous posts from 2008 and 2007.

I was referring to an email they had sent out stating that the address info on the bulletin that was put up when the application first opened was not correct (it was missing a number from the street address). In the email (which I just found two weeks ago) they sent out on April 18th or so it stated that you still had to have your info in by May 14th. Well I had already mailed my documents and was totally unaware of the incorrect address. I found the little receipt from the post office and someone did sign for my documents so I called the HRSA call center and they said they were received. I did not understand how because they were mailed to the incorrect address but I guess I will have to just take their word for it. (Wooh) :typing

Does anyone know the odds of getting this scholarship? I am starting a very expensive accelerated program in september and is hoping that I get selected. If not i would have to take out almost 45,000 in loans for tuition and living expenses. Also I wanted to know how much do recipients recieve for other cost such as books uniforms etc...

I'm just curious...how many of those who applied received the scholarship? To those who did, congratulations! To those who didn't I'm sorry, hope things still worked out for you.

You have to be accepted into a nursing program at the time you apply. There are other eligibility requirements as well. Check out the site.
