2025 HRSA Nurse Corps Scholarships

This is for anyone interested/applying for HRSA Scholarship.

Have you been accepted? Still in the application process? Just started the Scholarship application?

Apply to the Nurse Corps Scholarship Program

You are eligible if you:

  • Are a U.S. citizen (born or naturalized), a national, or a lawful permanent resident
  • Are an accepted or enrolled student in a nursing degree program at a United States accredited school of nursing
  • Begin classes no later than September 30
  • Don't have any federal judgment liens
  • Don't have an existing service commitment
  • Aren't overdue on a federal debt

Note: Preference to those who need the most help financially.

Why should you apply?

If you receive an award, you'll get a monthly stipend—and they'll pay your

  • tuition;
  • eligible fees;
  • reasonable costs (includes books, clinical supplies/instruments, and uniforms).

I did the math and it adds up; they didn't deduct federal taxes for some people, I think it depends on they way some people down their tax withholdings.

Anyone got 1100 for the ORC instead of 2000, that's what happened to me.

Im having difficulty with my school sending the tuition bill. Can I send the invoice to them or get my nursing school admin to do it? Anyone had their tuition paid yet?

You're not the only one it took forever for my financial aid advisor to send my invoices. It felt like I was begging for them send the invoices. They sent them at the end of last week. They are the only ones that can send them. Nurse Corps won't accept invoices from us.
