You're not the only one it took forever for my financial aid advisor to send my invoices. It felt like I was begging for them send the invoices. They sent them at the end of last week. They are the only ones that can send them. Nurse Corps won't accept invoices from us.

My school won't reimburse my Summer tuition because they consider the Summer 2023 session part of the 2022-2023 school year and need verification from my analyst and I sent a message to my analyst 2 weeks ago and no response still. My Spring tuition is not paid yet either

Anyone get an HCAI award and can't accept it now because of HRSA? ?

What is that  award? Does it requires commitments after you graduate?

Yes it does, that's why I can't accept it

Recent Graduate,

Poorly run program, slow response, little or no support, commitment options and sites very limited based on state, needs to be streamlined to accommodate the different school schedules and start dates so as to be able to provide the financial support in time with school tuition deadlines, provide more analysts so as to be able to service more participants, make it a federally funded, state-run program so as to reduce the federal bureaucracy.

Still haven't had my tuition paid. I agree as a current participant what is being said. Little to no support

Hello all,

Did you get your Summer tuition reimbursed?

No. None of my tuition have been paid.

This is so frustrating

What did you all put for volunteer work?

Sorry for the late response. Just put any volunteer work you've done in the past but that is more relevant to the healthcare field. Like volunteering at hospitals, doctors office, etc...

Specializes in Trauma.

Hello everyone. I want to thank you for the current recipients giving us honest feedback of the program. I was wondering if anyone has high EFC and still received the scholarship? my EFC is over 26000 because I have been working as an RN. I am starting DNP PMHNP program this year. I am not sure if it is worth for me to apply.
