HRSA Nurse Corps Scholarship 2020-2021

I havent seen a thread yet on this year's nurse corps application cycle & my anxiety has made me start one. I'm finishing up my application and should be done with it by today. I know its extremely competitive so honestly I dont think I'll get it but its worth a try! Who else has applied/is applying?

Hi everyone! I know I’m a little late to the thread, but I applied for this round of the NCSP and I’m currently still “in final review” and freaking out!

I check my account every day because back in August, I never received an email and just happened to check it a couple days before the next round of paperwork was due (according to my profile, it said it was all due August 8th... W-4 and some verification from my school). And then I got a call the next day from the NCSP saying that I had to have the paperwork in and my contract signed by the end of the day (August 4th). So I rushed to get everything in, thank goodness, and I’ve been in “final review” every since. 
 

Long story short, I’m just paranoid and incredibly anxious. But I’m so grateful there’s some support on here ❤️

Wait that’s so scary that you never got an email and could have missed the deadline! You’re not alone, a lot of us are stressing over this pretty hard.

It was so scary! Thank goodness the lady called me because the date to return the paperwork were wrong too! Everything lined up exactly how it needed to though ??

Hello all! I hope everyone has had an opportunity to relax over the Labor Day weekend, enjoy family and put their mind at ease with this. I keep getting conflicting information regarding the scholarship, but I keep praying daily. ? I just want to make sure I’m looking at the right thing, when it says I have a counter signature. Basically I click on the counteract and scroll all the way to the bottom where it shows electronically signed by Mrs. King. I called the Bhw today and they mentioned that the didn’t see a countersign, but rather “in final review”..:but when I see on my end, it looks like it’s been countersigned. I guess I’m just looking for clarity: and I think the best thing is, is to wait and pray. One rep mentioned that over 8,000 apply and about 200 get awarded. Praying and wishing everyone good luck!
