HPRP Evaluation Initial Drug/Alcohol Screen

Hi All,

I am having an evaluation as I got pulled over for an alcohol dui a year ago and was charged, and had no clue about HPRP. So I have had some drinks socially recently and I'm nervous that I will get a PETH test before my evaluation. Or it is just a drug test and EtG urine tests? I'm also concerned after I sign the agreement if I have to that they will give me an EtG hair follicle test and I definitely won't pass that. Last question can you start and be in the program without a current job? Thank you all. I've had so many of you be so helpful already as I'm very scared. Thanks so much

When you sign the release you have to tell them who your physicians are and sign release for each.

What kind of references did you need to submit-friends, coworkers, employer??.  What types of questions did they ask besides meds.  I am facing a similar situation and awaiting to speak with an evaluator
