When did you get your OWI? Were you also being screened for alcohol starting in July 2022? Because right there would be 12 months of sobriety. Yes, this all really sucks. I just wonder how they come up with these dx? Mine was AUD Mild

Just wondering if you can hold off on signing it until the attorney could contact the board for you? It took me a while after my evaluation to hear from HPRP that I needed a MA. Which I thought was strange, how long after your eval did your intake person contact you? Will you get fired/lose your job if you don't sign it?

Did your evaluator tell you they were giving you a diagnosis?

Yes I have a 3 year contract as well. Wondering how you got a dx if you haven't drank in over a year? Curious what the attorney can do. Did HPRP give you a time frame to sign the MA?

Did your evaluation come back with a diagnosis or treatment recommendation?

With your friend that had to get the lawyer after his evaluator stated he didn't have a diagnosis and they still tried to get him into a monitoring agreement. How long ago was his DUI before his evaluation? Was it recent to that time frame and that's how they tried to say he needed one? Thank you

Gosh this is so frustrating. How long after your evaluator sent everything in did you hear from them? Did your evaluator tell you they weren't recommending treatment before they sent it in? Thanks for answering all my questions.

Do you know if it's all up to what the evaluation says? For example could the evaluator state no dx and no treatment recommendation and HPRP still try to get you on a monitoring agreement?
