When did you get your OWI? Were you also being screened for alcohol starting in July 2022? Because right there would be 12 months of sobriety. Yes, this all really sucks. I just wonder how they come up with these dx? Mine was AUD Mild

Just wondering if you can hold off on signing it until the attorney could contact the board for you? It took me a while after my evaluation to hear from HPRP that I needed a MA. Which I thought was strange, how long after your eval did your intake person contact you? Will you get fired/lose your job if you don't sign it?

Yes I have a 3 year contract as well. Wondering how you got a dx if you haven't drank in over a year? Curious what the attorney can do. Did HPRP give you a time frame to sign the MA?

With your friend that had to get the lawyer after his evaluator stated he didn't have a diagnosis and they still tried to get him into a monitoring agreement. How long ago was his DUI before his evaluation? Was it recent to that time frame and that's how they tried to say he needed one? Thank you

Quick question for you. If my evaluator states I have no diagnosis will they still be able to make me be in a MA. Or do they have to not make me sign a MA and release me from HPRP?

Yes they will want to contact 3 references. Sorry for the late reply I just did my evolution last week. How did yours go? Sorry for the delay, I just had my full evaluation this week. How is your process going?

They ask your history with any medication you've taken the last 5 years as well as any mental health, alcohol consumption etc. you have to sign a release so they can view MAPs which is any controlled substance you've gotten in the past 5 years. When is yours?

I would assume that you would have to tell them what provider you saw. My issue is I was prescribed a benzo back in 2021 and I am going to have to disclose that even though I do not want to. They will be able to see it on MAPS. So I can't not tell them.

I have my intake tomorrow. I do not think that they can access your medical records unless you sign a release.

What type of drug/alcohol testing did you have to do before your evaluation? Also what questions did they ask during your intake? Thanks again for your help

I haven't gone through the evaluation yet, I will be doing the intake interview on Friday. I think that when you do the evaluation that they need to talk to 3 references. The counselor doing your evaluation will contact the names of people you give them.

Hi All, I am having an evaluation as I got pulled over for an alcohol dui a year ago and was charged, and had no clue about HPRP. So I have had some drinks socially recently and I'm nervous that I will get a PETH test before my evaluation. Or it is just a drug test and EtG urine tests? I'm also concerned after I sign the agreement if I have to that they will give me an EtG hair follicle test and I definitely won't pass that. Last question can you start and be in the program without a current job? Thank you all. I've had so many of you be so helpful already as I'm very scared. Thanks so much I'm in Michigan for reference
